A bespoke platform for internal management of project status & resources.
Excel just didn’t cut it, so we made our own
An accessible software throughout the team, but unreliable when it came to archiving old projects and the data got too blown up for a year. Hence, a bespoke platform developed internally was needed to organised data, and to streamline the workflow for people to fill and manage.
Interviewing people within the company was required to gather their observations during the excel era, frustrations they have encountered, and hopes that the new platform can bring.
